For every item that you have on your list, go through each of the questions below and write what you are going to do beside each task.
Are you able to Dump the task?
Learn the power of saying "No" and just dump that task. Especially if it's something that is not urgent, important or that you don't want to do. Just dump the tasks that you don't want to do. Especially if it's a task that doesn't need to be done today or by you.
Are you able to Delegate the task?
Not every task has to be done by you. May
be you can outsource some of your tasks to someone who enjoys doing that and can do a better job than you. If you can free up some of your time, learn to delegate to others. You can practically outsource all of your daily tasks. There are people you can hire to do almost any task that you can think of. If you are concentrating on tasks that are not high-priority for you, then try delegating them.

There are things on our lists that have to be done, but don't have to be done right this minute or even done today. What task can you defer? Many task have to be done at one point, but they don't necessarily have to be done today. Go through your list and see what you can defer to another day.

Work on those important tasks that need your attention. Go down your list and see what you can do today. Then do it. Especially if it only takes a few minutes or energy to get it off your list. You'll feel better once you start actually completing your tasks.
