It is considered as an additive test where one gain points for correct answers but there is no penalty for wrong answers. All these mentioned aspects are the same as before (similar to N10-004).

The change is in the fact that before, no actual pre-requisite requirements are needed to get qualified to take the exam. However, now CompTIA recommends CompTIA A+ certification and 9 months of computer network related experience.
