Basics of Supply Chain Management - Hones in on the primary principles in managing the entire flow of materials through the supply chain. It's a very brief birds-eye view of operations management, and is intended to be the starting point of the CPIM exams.

Master Planning of Resources - Addresses the knowledge of supply and demand planning while teaching the reader how to preempt difficulties that arise. Most candidates choose this as the second exam.

Detailed Scheduling and Planning - Guides the student towards a practical understanding of the tools and methods that impact inventory scheduling. An excellent third exam choice, though modules become more interchangeable in terms of succession at this point.
