ITEC exam questions are in the format of multiple choice. There is one question with four possible answers and you need to pick one. Because you can only choose one answer there is no room for error, you need to be prepared for the exam.

Each ITEC exam paper consists of 50 multiple choice questions. With a pass rate of 60% you need to get 30 right in order to pass. This might seem quite high but it is easily achievable if you are prepared for the exam.

You need to be doing your own study at home outside of class. So it is important to have the relevant tools needed to help you along the way. The most important thing you will need is a study guide containing a lot of revision questions similar to those you will get in the exam. These questions should always be used when you are studying and are a great way to test yourself on what you have learned. The idea is to go over and over these questions until you feel confident enough to pass your exams.
